Tips on how to get started:

  • Don’t waste time getting ready to exercise. You are ready. Just begin.
  • If you don’t have a mat handy use folded blankets or towels. Even plush carpet can be suitable.
  • When your energy is the lowest, lay down on your mat and start with just one exercise that will get your blood pumping and give you an energy boost.
