Bodywise Movement Mat and Prop Class
Navigating injuries or chronic conditions can make finding the right fitness routine challenging. You deserve a movement practice that caters to your needs within a supportive, inclusive community.
In this Bodywise Mat and Props class, you will learn to rebuild strength through foundational Pilates, modified to ensure you move without pain. The teacher will also incorporate approaches from YUR Back and Buff Bones to ensure spinal and bone health.
We use props—including pillows, wedges, and yoga blocks—to provide support, accessibility, and comfort. As you gain confidence, we’ll introduce the Magic Circle, bands, and weights to gently challenge your progress. Learn how to move smarter, not harder!
Each class will begin and end with a few minutes for everyone to get to know each other to build your Pilates community to whatever level feels best for you.

This class is sold as an 8 week series for $160. The class will be ongoing with students progressing at their pace in the class. If you need to pay for the series in installments, please contact the teacher to make arrangements.
